Malvina began her daily Yoga practice while earning her degree in Dance in Germany. After she moved to New York City to continue her studies in dance and Yoga, she became a part of a big yoga community and got certified 200 hour Vinyasa teacher. Having a strong background in dance, aerial acrobatics and professional Pilates training, Malvina has an incredible passion for the body and its relationship with the mind. Her style of yoga focuses on maintaining a flow during a complete practice that blends stillness and powerfulness and that includes the training of the inner and outer body. According to her philosophy, yoga shows the way for developing body and self-awareness, it is a gift to the body and mind that helps them maintain a healthy relationship and balance.
