We offer different styles of Yoga, because we all have a unique energy, we seek to enhance a different aspect or we need a specific energy depending on the moment.

The variety of classes offers you the opportunity to discover something different, or to complement your practice.

The workshops are the ideal opportunity to deepen and immerse yourself in new aspects of the practice, with a little more time.

Aero Yoga

AEROYOGA® is an artistic method of personal growth that uses suspension and weightlessness in a swing as a platform to encourage creativity, work physical and mental blocks, tone muscles, gain flexibility, reduce and relieve back injuries, work the internal and external balance.

Family Yoga

Family Yoga is a class that is aimed to all those moms, dads, grandparents, …who wants to enjoy yoga with their little ones.

Hatha-Vinyasa with Elise

Hatha-Vinyasa with Elise A static and dynamic yoga, creating sequences combining standing postures, twists, flexions & extensions and inversions, with vinyasa between postures. Influenced by Ashtanga yoga and Sivananda, Elise offers a balanced, introspective and transformative practice.

Power Yoga

Fabian is our latest addition to the team. With extensive international experience as a teacher, his classes are a very special opportunity to immerse yourself in a serene but powerful practice, adaptable for all levels.

Vinyasa Krama

In these classes, we will work on sequences adapted on the Ashtanga primary series, learning in a safe and relaxed manner the basic principles of the “Vinyasa” practice and work with a proper breathing. The level will be adapted to the group, adding different variations for each practitioner according to their level and consistency with the classes.

Vinyasa with Ainhoa

Ainhoa offers a powerful practice that oscillates between dynamic and static postures. She will explain you very precisely the movements, the postures and the breathing. A very complete practice that usually ends with a short practice of Pranayama (breathing exercises).

Vinyasa yoga with Veronica

Fluid combination of breathing and movement. A complete practice that works the whole body and balances the mind. A space to stimulate your system, work your presence and your creativity. My interpretation of Vinyasa includes influences from Kundalini and Ashtanga.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is based on the Taoist concepts of yin and yang, opposite and complementary principles of nature. The Yin is stable, motionless, feminine, passive, cold and descending movement. It is a slow and passive practice, which seeks to release the tensions and energetic blocks that reside in the deepest tissues of the body (fascia), maintaining the postures (sitting and lying down) between 3 and 5 minutes.

Private Classes

Yoga is first and foremost an individual practice, towards oneself, although we practice it usually in a group.
The private class is a privileged moment:
A wonderful opportunity to learn and deepen your practice.
A space where you exchange with the teacher from your own needs and adapted for you.

The teacher can be Veronica or another teacher from our center.
