Movement and body expression have always been a source of great happiness. Since I was little I was passionate about dance, I started with contemporary dance, then modern jazz, taps, African dance, a time when everything seemed to be a game. After my university studies in France, I decided to turn my life around and settled in Barcelona.

Yoga came into my life gradually, I was going back and forth to classes in different places, until the day when I realized that this “effect” was what I was looking for in my life. I entered the exciting path of personal growth, in 2015, I started my teacher training in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga with Pilar Ruberte and Xavier Sola (YogaStudio). In parallel I started working at The Garage as coordinator. Since then, my personal practice ranges from Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore style (SamaYoga to Aleix Griño) and Hatha-Vinyasa. I am unconditionally grateful for all this personal and professional learning, for being present in “The Garage” seeing this project born from the heart of Veronica.

Every day is a challenge, a new beginning, a coming and going, like life itself.

Why Yoga?
First it was a tool to calm the stress. Now, in addition to giving me physical relief, the practice has become a privileged moment with myself. It is a door to my inner world.

Ingredients for a perfect day:
Sun, rain, wind, a melody that makes me feel alive. To see my plants grow. Laugh at the absurdity and at myself. Share moments of eternity.

The garage is…
A shared dream, a temple dedicated to BEING, an adventure full of challenges.

What would you like your students to take home with them?
A sigh of peace and serenity.
The desire to make this space their sanctuary.

Your mantra of the moment:
The goal is the way

“Yoga is like music.
The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul, create the symphony of life.”
B.K.S. Iyengar
